Our Mission
Care Rooted in Clinical Excellence
Your Care Nursing Limited was founded with a clear purpose: to provide genuinely high-quality, regulated care for children, young people and adults in Kent and beyond. Our team combines deep NHS clinical expertise with extensive frontline social care experience.
We are registered with Ofsted to provide residential care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), and with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to deliver domiciliary care in the community.
Since our registration in April 2023, we have built trusted partnerships with seven local authorities across Kent and London, supporting some of the most vulnerable young people and adults with person-centred, outcome-focused care.

Ofsted Registration
Our children's home, YCN Colney Home, is registered with Ofsted to provide residential care for children and young people aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
Ofsted regulates and inspects children's social care services to ensure they meet national minimum standards.

Our domiciliary care service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) — the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Provider ID: 1-9043388006.

Registered Manager
Level 5 Diploma in Residential Care & Advanced Diploma in Nursing. Experienced in managing children's homes and supported accommodations.
Karemata Bah
Responsible Individual
BSc in Midwifery, Registered Nurse with 15+ years' experience. Nominated Individual for supported accommodations, working with multiple local authorities.
Alhajie M. Jalloh
Financial Manager
Oversees the financial management and sustainability of Your Care Nursing Limited, ensuring sound governance across all services.
Abdul Barry
Deputy Manager
Supports day-to-day operations and quality of care delivery across the children's home and supported accommodation services.
Zainab Jalloh
Development Manager
Leads on service development, continuous improvement, and expanding the reach of our care provision across new local authorities.
