Residential Support Worker
Dartford, Kent
Children's Home
Work within our Ofsted registered children's home supporting young people aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will provide day-to-day care, build meaningful key relationships and help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
What we look for
Experience working with children or young people in a care setting
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Strong communication and safeguarding awareness
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
Registered Manager
Dartford, Kent
Children's Home
Lead the day-to-day management of our Ofsted registered children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for the young people we support. You will be responsible for staff supervision, placement management, quality assurance and maintaining our Ofsted registration.
What we look for
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent
Significant experience managing an Ofsted registered children's residential home
Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
Proven track record of positive Ofsted outcomes
